Each 10×10 booth space includes: 8′ BLUE, BLACK & WHITE back drape, 3′ high BLACK side dividers, a 7″x44″ one-line identification sign, one 6′x30″ BLACK skirted table (skirted on 3 sides), two chairs and one wastebasket.  The exhibit area is carpeted.

SCHEDULED MOVE-IN TIME:

Exhibitor move-in is scheduled for Wednesday, November 15th  from 2:00pm until 7:00pm, at the Austin Convention Center, Ballroom D, 500 East Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, Texas, 78767-8838, (512) 404-4000.  For directions, visit the Austin Convention Center website.

Move in must be completed by 7:00pm.

SCHEDULED MOVE-OUT TIME:

Exhibitor move-out begins at 4:00pm on Thursday, November 16th after the close of the event. You may begin to dismantle your booths at 4:00pm and not before. Early dismantle may cause safety issues for attendees and other exhibitors.  Move-out must be complete by 8pm that evening.

ADVANCED SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If shipping your booth materials in advanced, please ship to the address below between Thursday, October 19, 2017 and Thursday, November 9, 2017.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Thursday, October 19, 2017, at the above address. Material arriving after November 09, 2017 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM. If required, provide your carrier with this phone number: (210) 554-2021

Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Wednesday, November 15, 2017. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Please note: All items and materials that must be brought into the facility may be subject to Material Handling Charges and are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. This also applies to items not ordered through the Official Show Vendors.

Please be aware that disposal of exhibit properties is not included as part of your material handling charges. Please contact Freeman for your quoted rates and rules applicable to disposal of your exhibit properties.

BOOTH STAFF REGISTRATION:

Although booth staff may register anytime up to (and at) the event, we STRONGLY encourage all exhibit staff to register online by November 10th.  (People who register online get their badges at the event MUCH faster than those that did not register in advance.) As an exhibitor you may register as many exhibit staff as you would like but remember, to expedite your on-site registration, please have each person working in your booth register by November 10th.

Badges will not be mailed in advance. Instead you’ll receive a printable receipt/confirmation upon registering online which includes a unique barcode tied to your registration record. To expedite your on-site check-in, simply print out that registration confirmation and bring it with you to on-site registration outside Ballroom D at the Austin Convention Center, where you will quickly print your own badge.

Exhibitor registration includes access to all General InnoTech  conference sessions, keynotes and vendor presentations, excluding the CIO Summit, Women in Tech Summit Luncheon, ISSA Security Track Luncheon or any other special events (Special Events @ InnoTech, include lunch and require separate registration and payment).
