BOOTH EQUIPMENT:
Each 10’ x 10’ booth will be set up with 8’ high back drape (black, blue, white) 3’ high black divider drape, one 6’Lx2’Wx30”H skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket and one 7” x 44” identification sign. Carpet is included in each booth.

In order to receive discounted rates, your order must be received by March 15, 2013.
Orders received after the deadline date, without payment, or at show site are standard pricing.

All exhibitors’ materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2013. If you have outbound freight, your carrier must check in at the Service Desk by 6:00 p.m.

Superior Expo Services will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials, at the above address beginning on March 1, 2013. To avoid additional after deadline charges, warehouse shipments must arrive by March 29, 2013. The warehouse will accept freight shipments from 8:30AM to NOON and 1:00PM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
