When is the deadline to register ONLINE as a speaker?
Please register no later than Friday, March 29, 2013.
When can I expect to receive my badge in the mail?
Badges will not be mailed in advance. Instead you’ll be sent a reminder/ confirmation email a few days before the show which will include a confirmation number tied to your registration record. To expedite your on-site check-in, please print out that registration confirmation and bring it with you to on-site registration, at the Irving Convention Center, where you will quickly receive your badge.

Can I get into my session room the day before to set up?
No, the session rooms are available after 7:00am Thursday, April 4th only.
How do I ship my display and/or materials to InnoTech (either directly to the show location or to the advanced warehouse)?

Showsite deliveries will only be accepted April 3, 2013, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
If you have an outbound carrier picking up your freight after the show, the driver must check in at the service desk by 6:00 p.m. on April 4, 2013.

Superior Expo Services will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials, at the above address beginning on March 1, 2013. To avoid additional after deadline charges, warehouse shipments must arrive by March 29, 2013. The warehouse will accept freight shipments from 8:30AM to NOON and 1:00PM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. To check on your warehouse shipment, please call our Exhibitor Services Department at (972) 271-7444.
Can Speaker pass holders attend the keynote sessions?
Yes, speakers are encouraged to attend the conference sessions, keynotes and vendor seminars.
Can InnoTech speaker pass holders attend SharePoint TechFest?
No, attendance at the SharePoint TechFest requires separate registration and payment.
