When is the deadline to pre-register as a speaker?
Please register no later than Friday, September 29, 2017 (it takes 30 seconds…really!)

When can I expect to receive my badge in the mail?
Badges will not be mailed in advance. Instead you’ll be sent a reminder/ confirmation email a few days before the show which will include a confirmation number tied to your registration record. To expedite your on-site check-in, please bring your registration confirmation with you to on-site registration (printed out or on your smartphone) to Exhibit Hall 3 at the Cox Convention Center, where you will quickly receive your badge.

Can I get into my session room the day before to set up?
No, the session rooms are available after 7:00am Thursday, October 5th only.

Can Speaker pass holders attend the InnoTech conference sessions?
Yes, speakers are encouraged to attend the conference sessions, keynotes and vendor seminars; however, the IT Executive Forum & Luncheon is an invite only event for executive level IT professionals only and separate registration and payment is required (includes lunch).
