When can I set up my exhibit space?
Exhibitors can move into Exhibit Hall 3 at the Cox Convention Center from 2:00pm – 7:00pm  Wednesday, October 4, 2017

All booths must be set by 7:00 pm on Wednesday, October 4, 2017. Exhibitors will be permitted on the exhibit hall floor at 7:00am on Thursday, October 5th for final preparations prior to the exhibit hall opening at 8:30am.

When can I begin to dismantle my exhibit space?
Tear down will begin Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 4:00pm. All exhibit materials must be cleared from the show floor no later than 8:00 pm, Thursday, October 5, 2017

Benchmark Expo Services is the official decorating company for InnoTech Oklahoma. They will provide furnishings, material handling and more.

What is included in each exhibit space?
Single Booth Package (10’X10’)
8’ Back Drape and 3’ Siderail
Booth Carpet (Tuxedo – black and white speckled)
1-6’ Skirted Table
2-Side Chairs
1-ID Sign (7’X44”)

Does my booth space include electrical service?
No, because each exhibitor has varying electrical service requirements, electrical service is not included. To place an electrical service, telephone or internet service order please use the forms in your Exhibitor Services Manual or here. Please contact the Cox Convention Center Utility Services Division with any questions.

When will I receive the Exhibitor Services Manual?
The exhibitor services manual will be distributed via email in July and will contain general information, rules and regulations, lead retrieval, and hotel information, as well as all the various vendor forms that you will need to help you plan your participation in the InnoTech Oklahoma event.

When is the deadline to pre-register my booth staff?
Please register your exhibit staff online by Friday, September 29, 2017 at 3pm cst. (It takes about 30 seconds…really!)

When can I expect to receive my badge in the mail?
Badges will not be mailed in advance.

You will receive a reminder/confirmation email a few days before the show which will include your unique barcode. To expedite your on-site check-in, simply print out the registration confirmation and bring it with you to on-site registration (outside Exhibit Hall 3 at the Cox Convention Center), where you will quickly receive your badge.

Does my exhibit fee include complimentary conference passes?
Yes, exhibitor registration includes access to all General InnoTech conference sessions, keynotes and vendor presentations, EXCLUDING the IT Executive Forum & Luncheon Special Event @ InnoTech (which includes lunch and requires separate registration and payment).

What are the Exhibitor registration hours?

If I am shipping in our booth display and materials when should the truck arrive?
All freight that is being delivered directly to the Cox Convention Center must be received on October 4. All freight deliveries sent directly to the facility will be received by Benchmark Expo Services and are subject to Benchmark Expo Services freight handling charges regardless of the consignee, as Benchmark Expo Services is the official show contractor. If your freight arrives at the facility prior to the published freight receiving dates, it will not be accepted. All freight into the 2017 InnoTech Oklahoma will require a material handling and payment form on file before arriving on show site as well as before freight will be released to exhibitors.

How many exhibitor passes do I receive with my participation?
You may register as many exhibit staff as you would like but remember, to expedite your on-site registration, please pre-register your staff by Friday, September 29, 2017. You can do so here. If you need your username and password email Tracy.

Ordering lunch for booth staff:

We strongly recommend that you pre-order lunch for your booth staff who are working the event on October 5th. Lunch is a pasta buffet served inside the exhibit hall (tickets will be required for exhibitors to access the buffet). Tickets may be purchased online for $20.00 per ticket by using the exhibitor registration link to register your team and purchase their lunches. Lunch tickets will be distributed at registration/check in along with badges.

To add lunch for staff that is already registered:

1)    Click on the booth staffer for which you wish to add lunch
2)    Choose the OPTIONS tab
3)    Select lunch
4)    Click “Pay Here”

Can exhibitor pass holders attend the keynote sessions?
Yes, exhibitors are welcome to attend the keynote session.
