Why attend InnoTech?
In one focused day, InnoTech Oregon creates an environment where education, innovation, peer-to-peer networking and the latest technology and business solutions are all available specifically for business and technology professionals.

The tenth annual InnoTech Oregon event, again, will gather the leading business and technology executives in the region for answers to your innovation issues, real world case studies and your best chance to see the latest products and solutions to support your business.

InnoTech is your best opportunity to meet and interact with those leaders driving the technology industry in the region.

Where is InnoTech taking place?
InnoTech will occur at the Oregon Convention Center in Hall E. Click here for directions to the Oregon Convention Center.

What does InnoTech General Registration give me access to?
Your paid InnoTech General Registration ($40.00) gives you access to all general InnoTech Conference sessions, exhibits and vendor seminars on Thursday, May 2, 2013 including the InnoTech Keynote Lunch/Presentation.  It does not include the NW CIO Summit, Women in Tech Summit, eMarketing Summit or the NW ISSA Security Conference, all Special Events @ InnoTech that require separate registration.

If I am registered for a special event, do I need to register for InnoTech also?
No, your registration for the above events INCLUDES InnoTech.

What if I can’t attend after I’ve registered?
Registrations are non-refundable; however, are transferable to an eligible participant.  Please contact InnoTech registration at 503-570-6295 at least 24 hours prior to the event start date to transfer your registration to someone else.

What are the exhibit hours?
The exhibit floor is open from 9:00am – 4:30pm on Thursday, May 2nd.

What are the times of the InnoTech Conference sessions?
There are numerous high quality sessions throughout the day.

When can I expect to receive my badge in the mail?
Badges will not be mailed in advance. Instead you’ll receive confirmation email shortly after registering which includes a unique barcode tied to your registration record. To expedite your on-site check-in, you’ll need to print out that registration confirmation and bring it with you to on-site registration outside Hall E at the Oregon Convention Center, where you will quickly print your own badge.

When does on-site registration for Attendees open?
Attendee Registration is open from 8:15am to 4:30pm on Thursday, May 2nd (for ALL registration types).
To expedite receiving your badge at the event, pre-register online and bring your printed confirmation with you.

Can I get into InnoTech without a badge?
No.  All attendees, exhibitors and speakers are required to have an official event badge to attend InnoTech.

Can I pay for a Conference Registration by check or Purchase Order?
Yes, you can; however, you must call 503-570-6295 or e-mail InnoTech Registration to do so. The most efficient way to register is to use our secure online system and pay by credit card.

Is there a group discount policy?
Yes. All registrants must be from the same company/organization. There is a 15% discount for 3 to 5 registrants; a 20% discount for 6 to 9 registrants; a 25% discount for 10 or more registrants.  Please contact InnoTech registration at 503-570-6295 or e-mail for more information.

Are students allowed to attend?
Sorry, InnoTech is a professional trade event and attendance is limited to qualified business and technology professionals over the age of 18.

What items am I permitted to bring to InnoTech?
The following items are permitted at InnoTech:
*briefcases
*cell phones (silenced during the presentations please)
*laptops
(Recording devices, including still or video cameras, are not permitted).

Is there wi-fi at the Oregon Convention Center?
The Oregon Convention Center does have wi-fi available for approximately $9.95/day which you can sign up for on-site.
