Korrie Hicks

Korrie Hicks joined Multnomah County in 2011 and currently manages a wide variety of projects focused on streamlining processes.   Korrie brings over 15 years of experience in project management, process improvement, and organizational change management.  Prior to Multnomah, Korrie spent 10 years as a consultant where she oversaw and managed medium to large projects providing direction and coaching to project managers including training in project management methodologies.  Complementing her professional achievement she is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Master’s in Public Administration.
