Robin Segerdahl

Dedicated to helping people identify their strengths and passions to determine the best career options for their personal situation, I’ve worked at Intel for 16.5 years and the last 8 have been working closely with job seekers and hiring managers to fulfill our finance recruiting needs.  In my current role, I manage the Finance Recruiting, Integration and Communications team developing strategies and plans to meet the ongoing and emerging objectives of an expanding global finance team.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to comprehend the individual interests, both personal and professional, of my team members to maximize our output while ensuring each individual has the ability to enhance their skill-sets beyond the day to day work that keeps the business running.  This coaching has expanded to Intel employees beyond my work group, where I actively mentor and support employees who do not report to me, to help them uncover untapped goals, and encourage others to take risks to further enhance their skills and job satisfaction.

My personal goal is to make a positive difference in peoples’ lives through results, discipline and integrity – I’m in a fortunate position where my strengths, talents & passions and the needs of the organization all align to help me fulfill that goal and totally enjoy my career.  My educational background includes a BS in Business Management from Marylhurst University and a Human Resources Certificate of Studies from Cornell University.   I can be contacted at
