Tracey Massey

Tracey Massey is a Senior Information Technology Manager for Multnomah County. Tracey has an MBA and BS with an emphasis in Marketing. She is a certified Project Management Professional. Currently she manages a team of IT Project Managers for Multnomah County and is responsible for project portfolio management. She has managed application development teams and provides strategic guidance for Application Services. Previously a Project Manager and Analyst at Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) and the Director of Proposal Development at Benova, Inc. In addition to her IT experience, she has expertise in marketing, procurement, and government contracting. With a non-traditional IT background, she’s been able to cultivate a career in the field.
