What does InnoTech General Registration give me access to?
InnoTech General Registration ($25.00) gives you access to all of the InnoTech Conference sessions, keynotes, exhibits and vendor seminars.

InnoTech General Registration does not include the North San Antonio Chamber’s CIO Panel Forum Lunch, the Emerging Medical Technology Symposium or the Business Transformation Symposium. All of these special events require separate registration and payment.

If I am registered for the North San Antonio Chamber’s CIO Panel Forum Luncheon do I need to register for InnoTech also?

No, your registration to the North San Antonio Chamber’s CIO Panel Forum Luncheon INCLUDES General InnoTech admission.

What are the exhibit hours?
The exhibit floor is open on Wednesday, April 12, 2017  from 9:00am – 4:30pm and Thursday, April 13, 2017 from 9:00am – 3:00pm

What are the times of the InnoTech Conference sessions?

There are numerous high quality business and technology sessions throughout both days,  Wednesday, April 12, 2017  from 8:00am – 4:30pm
Thursday, April 13, 2017 from 10:00am – 2:00pm

When can I expect to receive my badge in the mail?
Badges will not be mailed in advance. Instead you’ll receive an electronic confirmation upon completing your registration.  This confirmation includes your unique barcode.  To expedite your on-site check-in, simply print out the registration confirmation and bring it with you to on-site registration, located at the Norris Conference Center, where you will quickly receive your badge.

When does on-site registration for Attendees open?

Attendee Registration is open  Wednesday, April 12 and Thursday, April 13 from 7:00am to 4:00pm. To make your registration experience quick and easy, pre-register online and bring your printed confirmation with you.

Can I get into InnoTech without a badge?
No.  All attendees, exhibitors and speakers are required to have an official event badge to attend InnoTech.

Can I pay for a Conference Registration by check or Purchase Order?
Yes, you can; however, please call 503-570-6295 or e-mail (andreal AT prosperaevents.com) us to do so. The most efficient way to register is to use our secure online system and pay by credit card.

Is there a group discount policy?
Yes. To receive a group discount all registrants must be from the same company/organization. There is a 15% discount for 3 to 5 registrants; a 20% discount for 6 to 9 registrants; a 25% discount for 10 to 15 registrants; and a 30% discount for 16 or more registrants. please call 503-570-6295 or e-mail (andreal AT prosperaevents.com) us for information.

Are students allowed to attend?
Sorry, InnoTech is a professional trade event and attendance is limited to qualified IT professionals over the age of 18.
